A Cornish farmhouse cheese with a crisp, clean, citrus flavour and a creamy yet slightly crumbly texture. It is a perfectly balanced, mould ripened cheese with a unique pink/grey edible rind, grown only in the maturing rooms of Whalesborough Farm on the North Cornish coast.
