An intense and full-flavoured, nutty cheddar produced in the village of Davidstow, North Cornwall. This pasteurised, vegetarian cheese is produced with milk from local Cornish cows. The 12 month maturing process hands over a well-balanced cheese with a rugged texture and creamy aftertaste.
